  • Cancellation + Reschedule

    Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty charge of $30. The deposit fee will be also used as a cancellation fee. If you paid the full price, we will refund the money and keep the $30 for the cancellation fee. If you reschedule before 12 hours after booking an appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. You will have to wait 24 hours to reschedule.

    Refund

    Your Cancelation confirmation will be sent via email or text within 24 hours. Money will be refunded in your bank account within 5-10 days.

  • Scheduling

    To prevent any scheduling conflicts, customers must email or call to set an appointment for the Packages option. customers can make 4 appointments only within the same month with no exceptions.

    Payments

    To set the appointments, costumers must pay a $30 deposit or the full price to secure an appointment.

    Cancellation

    Your money will be lost if you do not cancel within 12 hours.

    If the customer paid the full price, Massage Express will keep $30 and return the rest of the money.

    After a cancellation, there is a 24-hour waiting time before rescheduling.

    If cancellation is preferable, a $30 deposit will be reimbursed

    If your running late

    If you are running late for an appointment, a courtesy call will only get the remaining period of service for the courtesy of others' appointments following yours. The total amount will be charged.

    If there is an emergency

    If there is an emergency, Massage Express will notify all clients to cancel appointments. Unless consumers choose to reschedule, their money will be reimbursed.

    Massage Express has the right to reject any service to any customer.

    Simple policies and processes must be followed, with no deviations until permitted by Massage Express.
